Carnitas!
My absolute favorite Mexican dish. I have eaten this meal in several states now; the gist of the meal is always the same, but the execution is different area to area. Some restaurants served pork hunks, others plated the pork shredded, and some were small chunks.

Marinated pork with tequila, coke, beer, orange, garlic slow cooked for 4 hours.

Beer-braised pork with grilled onions, pico de gallo, guacamole and tomatillo sauce. Accompanied with frijoles charros and corn tortillas.
